While individual initiatory work is powerful, the group process amplifies and accelerates the soul initiatory journey. If you are at a place of meaningful transition and you can take the time for a 6 week residential group journey, this is highly recommended.
We have been developing this six week Temple Initiation programme over many years now and the rhythm of two per year between the equinox will continue within the larger six month cycle. Each turning of this wheel has a theme based on the rays and we are currently in the middle of our third major cycle.
This dynamic group process is designed to include all of the components of soul initiation in the crucible of a curated archetypal journey.

You might be an expert in one or more of the sacred arts and sciences. You might have studied in a Zen monastery, done postgraduate fieldwork in the wild, or be an accomplished mountaineer, cosmologist or quantum theorist.
Whatever your discipline or focus, if you feel it is ripe to be shared and woven together into a group initiatory process, then this might be the journey for you.

A Threshold of Global Initiation
Our story is that we are passing through a threshold of initiation as a global civilisation — and Highden is a nursery gathering pioneering souls as germinating seeds for the new cycle.
We know we do not have all the answers and we are willing to live the important questions, together.
Who are we as humans now?
What are the foundations of a culture that serves love and freedom and honours all life on earth?
How do we embody our principles in our relationships with each other, the land and the world around us?
The 49 Experimental Gatherings
When radical change is happening, we expect creative challenges and we know it will take time for change to work out in new structures.
This is why we embarked on a cycle of 49 six-week residential gatherings over a period of twenty-five years.
Seven major cycles, each with seven subcycles.
We are now more than one third of the way through, at 3.5.

The lightning of purpose coming in to plant a seed in the soil.
The Second Cycle — Love
The attunement of growing a field of initiation, service, and soul community.
The Third Cycle — Creative Intelligence
The creative intelligence behind manifestation — the living web of soul resource that brings about new systems and structures as expired ones gradually shift into another form.
The Emerging Body of Soul Culture
As the breakdown of our current civilisation continues, those called to initiatory work come forth as cells in a revealing body of a soul-based culture.
Following their gnosis and resonance.
These immersions are for those beings who feel the rumbling within — an inner gnosis and resonance that guides them through unknown times where the personal, collective and planetary initiation are fractals of a single process.
As we emerge, we find each other around the world and come together as a living network of creativity.
This is not another retreat that you go to and come back from. It is a paradigm shift.
