Our intention with each immersion is to listen.

Listen to the land, the guardians and the souls who are calling for this work.

And so the first gathering will take place on Irish soil, where we will weave with the mythology of the Shannon river.

Ireland is a place that calls to people long before they understand why. It is an ancient land that carries a resonance that speaks directly to the soul.

So this week is not just an immersion but a pilgrimage, a journey into the core of the Celtic mysteries.

Music & Sound ecology

Our programme is full - we will meet together in the group room every day for facilitated sessions, sharing circles, meditation, rituals and practise.

Every morning there will be an optional movement practise and every evening we will meet for group rites in the temple space.

There will be breaks in between sessions and of course everything is optional - but we do encourage you to arrive ready for a week of transformational inner and outter work.

Throughout the week we will explore :

Embodied gnosis, turning our gaze to the body as teacher
Relationship to land, listening to the deeper currents
Ritual, ceremony and rites
Teachings, transmissions and meditative practise
Soul purpose and what it is to be in service
Group work as a path to awakening

Springfield Castle is over 700 years old dating back to 1280 and has been in the Fitzgerald family since. The castle has been home to many famous Irish poets, musicians and artists and continues to draw in those that are called to journey deeply with the land and its mysteries.

During the week there will be space to rest and integrate in between sessions.

We encourage you to spend as much time on the castle grounds as you can, connecting to the land, to the 200 acres of woodland that surrounds the castle, to the gardens and the ancient trees - that according to the family are over 400 years old.

As it is winter in Ireland there are two saunas on the property for us to use - one indoor and one outdoor. We will have the fires lit in our group spaces and all the bed rooms heated for our stay.

Each room has been imbued with devotion and beauty by the family who own and run the castle filling the walls and corners with their heirlooms and unique antiques.

Due to capacity of the space we cannot guarantee single rooms for anyone and instead ask you to prepare to be sleeping with at least one other person for the week.

Limerick stands upon the banks of the River Shannon, Ireland's longest and most mythic river.

Named after the goddess Sionann, the river was born from a story of transformation.

Drawn by an irresistible longing for wisdom, Sionann journeyed to the sacred Well of Segais—the source of all knowledge. When the waters rose to meet her, she surrendered to their power, becoming the river that now flows through the heart of Ireland.

For over five thousand years the Shannon has been more than a river. It has been Ireland's great artery, carrying pilgrims, monks, poets, traders and seekers between the Atlantic Ocean and the island's interior.

Here in Limerick, the river changes character. Fresh water begins to meet the incoming tide. Inland becomes ocean. Journey becomes arrival. It is a place where worlds overlap.

It is a threshold, a thin place, a place of Initiation.

This contribution covers cost of facilitation, accommodation and catering for the week.

You will receive 3 meals per day plus tea and coffee will be available at all times.

Please get in touch if you would like to apply for one of our lower income spaces - we offer these on a person to person basis.

You will be sharing a room with one or two others - please inform us if you need a single room as this will incur an additional charge.
